Vacuum Casting Plastic

Vacuum casting is a cost-effective method for producing high-quality plastic prototypes and small batch production. This process ensures precise replication of complex designs using silicone molds, delivering smooth finishes and exceptional detail. It’s ideal for rapid prototyping, functional testing, and short-run production across various industries.

  • Custom Prototypes: Perfect for product development and testing.
  • Small Batch Production: Efficient for limited production runs with high-quality standards.
  • Material Variety: Access to a range of plastics to match your specific needs, from flexible to rigid options.
